Stress

Stress is pressure or worry resulting from mental or physical distress or difficult circumstances.

For all the intelligent, sincere and responsible individuals, stress is an outcome of one’s activity. It has to be there. All one needs is to see it as essential force for progress/development and not more than that.

One has to be a distant viewer-observer or witness to the said situation and not part of it.

How to get rid of it?

    1. Analysis:
  •     Analyze and find out the causative agent and its remedy.
  •     Try to resolve it oneself as far as possible.
  •     Be sure you are your own advisor, but only distant part of this as a spectator only.
  •     Be aware of not getting involved as a part of it.
    2. Sharing:
  •     If doing this much does not free you from worry of stress, share it with someone you respect/love and consider your close-one. Share the event in details wholeheartedly and openly without hiding anything. You will certainly get relief, if not the total solution.
    3. Other remedies:
  •     Meditation (Yoga)
  •     Music
  •     Change of activity like
  •     Seeing a Movie/TV,
  •     Going for a walk,
  •     Reading books,
  •     Sleep,
  •     Sex,
  •     Eating good food at a nice place with close-ones.
    4. Medical assistance of Psychiatrist:
  •     If all the remedies told fail, do not hesitate to consult psychiatrist immediately or it can be a life-threatening problem.
