Wabi Sabi - Celebrate Ageing

April 12, 2015 , , , 0 Comments

Wabi-Sabi is a Japanese philosophy that celebrates-respects "age" and the imperfections created by ageing (usually in inanimate objects like vases, wooden benches, etc.).

Wabi-Sabi is a veneration-respect for things that survived age. They believe the natural ageing adds to the aesthetics and cultural value.

Ageing is going to happen... So do not worry about a wrinkle.

Accept it.

Honour it.
